Resistance Bands
We strongly encourage all our clients to make use of our resistance bands and to do a 5-10 minute stretching session on our astro turf before starting their session. There are huge benefits to using resistance bands.

Hot Tub
Hydrotherapy can help significantly with recovery. After a physical activity you might feel some pain and soreness, or you may experience delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). Either way, after allowing a bit of time for your for your body to cool down, a session in our cosy spa hot tub is going to be beneificial.

Normatec Boots
Normatec recovery boots are used by many leading athletes, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts around the world to reduce pain and inflammation, and to speed up recovery between sessions and/or return to play. Normatec uses air compression technology to relieve muscle pain and aches.

Infrared Sauna
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly. We chose an infrared sauna because the heat penetrates more deeply than warmed air. This allows you to experience a more intense sweat at a lower temperature.
